I called them on the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving because we were having issues with the plugs in two bedrooms. It was bad enough that I had to switch off all the bedroom plugs on our breaker. The next morning they had a technician out to the house and he tracked down and resolved the issue. It gave us tremendous peace of mind to know that was resolved before traveling for Thanksgiving.

Jacob Jackson and his apprentice were very professional and solved my light switch issue ASAP. Jacob searched out the problem and recognized the solution right away. They fixed the problem and the rates were very reasonable.

I am from out-of-town handling a house that was owned by my deceased father. I only had a 3 day window to get electrical work completed.
